As professionals, it isn't unusual to discuss one's formative years with new acquaintances. One of the benefits of travel and exposure to other cultures is the ability to connect with people from different cultures or discuss shared experiences.
On May 23, 2014, several students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Thomas More College traveled to Nicaragua to participate in a week-long study abroad trip.
Six students traveled to Nicaragua during spring break for an international experience in agriculture. The students included Cole Sawyer, Alexis Latona, Tim Sandles, Jade Halliburton, Christen Wall, and Alexis Agard.
